It must be levelled and able to bear weight. Any repairs must be carried out prior to the installation of VeloSeal.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMeasure the wall surface before hand and pre-cut the sealing membrane. Use a brush to clean your walls, and or a vacuum cleaner. (Do not use a damp cloth to clean the walls). Then use a primer to seal the wall and to give the VeloSeal a surface to key onto.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSeal transitional areas between the wall and floor with VeloSeal Sealing Tape and Sealing Corners.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSlowly and evenly pull off the backing paper from the VeloSeal Membrane and press on the floor\/wall at the same time. Using a trowel apply pressure outwards in order to force out any air pockets. Overlap the mat joints by around 5-8cm with VeloSeal Sealing Tape.
