All selection, packaging, and despatch are carried out by our own warehouse team – never outsourced to third parties. This means we maintain full control over the quality, care, and accuracy of your order.

To minimise packaging, smaller items may occasionally be packed within larger ones. For this reason, please check your entire delivery carefully to ensure all items have arrived.

On rare occasions, some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and confirm any effect this may have on your delivery schedule.

For security reasons, if your first order requires delivery to an address different from your billing address, we may contact you to complete additional checks.
