Manufactured from high-strength SMC, Thermopanel Tuffdeck trays are built for excellent durability and load-bearing performance, tested to withstand up to 635kg / 100 stone. The textured top surface helps promote strong adhesion with vinyl floor coverings, while the reinforced underside design helps minimise movement when installed into screed or concrete.
Suitable for both timber and screeded floors, Tuffdeck floor formers are easy to install for trade professionals and competent DIY users. The tray can also be trimmed on-site using a circular saw or jigsaw for a precise fit where required.
