Product Description

Elektra MD160 Underfloor Heating Mat

The Elektra MD160 Underfloor Heating Mat is designed to act as a primary heating solution in living spaces such as kitchens and living rooms. It delivers efficient, even heat distribution, making it ideal for everyday comfort.

Each mat consists of a thin heating cable stitched onto a durable fibreglass mesh for straightforward installation. The mat is 500mm wide and includes a 4m cold tail power lead, suitable for a wide range of indoor applications.

160W heat mats can also be used with laminate flooring when installed beneath an 8–10mm layer of self-levelling compound.


Installation Guidance

For tiled finishes, install the mat beneath a flexible self-levelling compound or flexible tile adhesive, with a recommended coverage depth of 6–8mm.

*Please note: Mats covering areas greater than 10m² will be supplied as two separate heating mats.
