Rocatex C10 Ultimate Sealer - 5 Litres

ROCATEX C10 Ultimate Sealer is an advanced fluorochemical impregnating sealer designed to penetrate porous surfaces while allowing them to breathe.
It provides excellent oil, grease, and water repellency while improving stain resistance and ease of cleaning.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, grime, cement residues, and grout haze before application.
If required, clean surfaces first using a diluted solution of ROCATEX Tile & Stone Renovator (1:10 dilution), rinse thoroughly, and allow to dry completely.
Any factory-applied sealers or wax coatings on porcelain surfaces must be removed prior to sealing.
Apply generously using a:
- ROCATEX Sealer Applicator
- Sponge
- Brush
- Roller
- Paint pad
- Spray applicator
Remove excess solution after 15–30 minutes.
A second coat is recommended after 1 hour to ensure complete coverage. Remove excess again after 15–30 minutes.
Surfaces are typically dry enough to walk on after approximately 1 hour but require up to 72 hours to achieve full resistance.
During curing:
- Do not cover the surface
- Wipe spills immediately
- Ensure trapped moisture is considered on newly laid floors
To test sealing effectiveness, perform a water bead test:
- Place a teaspoon of water on the sealed surface
- Leave for 15 minutes
- If absorbed, apply an additional coat
Do not apply:
- In direct sunlight
- At temperatures above 25°C
- While underfloor heating is switched on
Do not allow residue to dry on the surface.
Do not grout until at least 4 hours after sealing.
Tip: Always test in an inconspicuous area before full application.
Coverage
Higher Porosity Surfaces
Approximately 7.5m² per litre per coat
Lower Porosity Surfaces
Approximately 15m² per litre per coat
Polished Surfaces
Approximately 30m² per litre per coat
Grout Joints
Approximately 1000 linear metres per litre per coat
Maintenance
Regularly sweep floors and clean surfaces using ROCATEX Tile & Stone Cleaner.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment between 5°C and 25°C.
Shelf life is up to 2 years in unopened original containers.

Contains: 2-METHYLISOTHIAZOL-3(2H)-ONE.
May cause an allergic skin reaction.
