INSL8 Linear Wetroom Tile On Shower Trays
INSL8 Linear Wetroom Shower Trays are made from XPS (extruded Polystyrene) and finished with a cement coating, allowing you to create a cost effective insulated substrate that can be tiled directly onto. INSL8 shower trays are 100% waterproof and are specifically designed to be lightweight and easy to install. They also feature a natural 2% fall to the drain to allow for efficient water drainage.
Just like INSL8 Tile Backer Boards, INSL8 Shower Trays can be trimmed down using a standard blade or saw with no specialist tools required, the only limitation is you are only able to cut up to 50mm off of each side of the tray (equal amounts off of each side).
To install, simply fix using flexible tile adhesive directly onto a solid concrete or reinforced wood sub-floor.

Creating a successful wet room or walk-in shower requires sound preparation and waterproofing of the floor and walls that will come into contact with the water. This is achieved by using our tanking kits.
